I’m excited to share that I’ll be bringing my Therapeutic Massage practice to the Fog Town Hoedown in San Francisco this October! Hosted by the Bay Area Queer Dance Society, Fog Town Hoedown is a queer country-western dance conference happening October 29–November 1, 2026, at the Holiday Inn San Francisco Golden Gateway. It’s a whole weekend celebrating queer dance, community, connection, and joy, with classes for all levels, social dancing, and an amazing lineup of instructors and artists.

If you know me or have experienced my work, you know that I believe our bodies deserve care—not just when something hurts, but as part of how we support ourselves and stay connected to our bodies. And dancers can ask A LOT of their bodies! I’ll be onsite offering shorter Therapeutic Massage sessions throughout the weekend, giving you an opportunity to take a little time to release tension, restore, and give your body some love between classes and dancing.

I’m especially happy to be part of this event because queer community and creating spaces where people can feel safe, welcomed, and fully themselves is deeply important to me—both personally and professionally. My Alameda practice incorporates Therapeutic Massage, Energy Healing, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, TRE, and other holistic mind-body approaches.
